Reimbursement rates are flat or declining. Insurance companies are increasingly dictating treatment protocols. The administrative burden grows every year — billing, credentialing, compliance, scheduling, marketing — and every hour spent on those tasks is an hour you are not in the treatment room doing what you trained to do.
Mission and margin are not in conflict — but nobody teaches you how to manage both. That's the gap the Kynetex Practice Network fills.
The pain you feel as a clinician and the pain your patients feel are not separate problems — they are two sides of the same one.
These are not separate problems. Solve the operational side, and you free yourself to do the work that actually matters for the people who need it.
The Kynetex Practice Network is a multi-state group of independently owned chiropractic and physical therapy practices, supported by a clinician-built management services organization that handles the operations, billing, technology, and infrastructure required to run a modern practice. It is not a franchise takeover, and it is not a private equity play. This network was built by a clinician using personal capital — no outside investors, no corporate backers, no board pressuring decisions toward returns. That structure is the entire point. Every choice made inside this organization is made in the interest of the providers and patients it serves. You remain an independent owner — your patients, your license, your clinical decisions. What changes is everything behind the scenes, and the people you have in your corner while you do the work.
No private equity. No outside investors. No corporate agenda. Just a clinician who built the infrastructure he wished he had — and opened it to a community of providers who deserve the same.
Kynetex Sports Care & Rehabilitation is a multi-state network of independently owned chiropractic and physical therapy clinics united by a shared mission: delivering comprehensive, movement-based care that restores function and gives patients their lives back. Our clinics operate across New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Massachusetts — with continued expansion underway.
The management services behind every Kynetex location are provided by CareLink Health Management Group, Inc. — our Management Services Organization. CareLink handles the business so you can handle the patients. Our technology infrastructure is powered by a strategic partnership with ChiroUp, providing evidence-based clinical decision support and EHR tools purpose-built for musculoskeletal providers.
At its core, CareLink exists to close the gap that costs most independent practices their potential — the space between exceptional clinical care and the business infrastructure needed to sustain it. We are not a billing company. We are not a marketing agency. We are a full-service management partner that handles every operational layer of your practice so that nothing falls through the cracks and nothing pulls you away from your patients. But we are also something more than an MSO — every practice here is independently owned, but the mission is shared. You are joining a group, not just a platform.
Dr. Michael Ingui didn't follow the traditional path into healthcare. He came from the corporate world first — working as a healthcare consultant before deciding he wanted to be on the clinical side of the equation. He graduated from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2014, opened his first practice in 2015, and built what is now Kynetex: a multi-state chiropractic network with over ten locations across New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Massachusetts.
Building that network from the ground up — self-funded, no outside investors, no private equity — taught him everything the classroom doesn't: how to manage revenue cycles, build high-performing teams, navigate payer relationships, and grow a practice without losing sight of why it exists in the first place.
Along the way he earned a Master's degree in Population Health Management from Johns Hopkins University and completed executive business training at Wharton Online — not for the credentials, but for the access. Those programs placed him alongside hospital administrators, health tech executives, private equity leaders, and public health researchers who are reshaping how care is delivered and financed at the highest levels. The frameworks he brings to Kynetex practice partners were built in those rooms.
He is also a faculty instructor at Dominican University, where he developed and teaches courses in Public Health and Kinesiology — because he believes the next generation of providers deserves better preparation than most of us received. He has pioneered chiropractic integration within a Federally Qualified Health Center in New Jersey, bringing evidence-based, movement-based care to medically underserved communities. And he spent years as a certified EMT — not as a resume line, but because showing up for your community is part of the job.
The CareLink leadership team reflects that same breadth — drawing on backgrounds in economics, population health, healthcare compliance, operations management, and healthcare administration to give every practice partner access to a depth of business intelligence that would take years to build independently.
Eric Russenberger brings a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world healthcare operations experience to the Kynetex network. He works directly with practice partners to strengthen clinic operations, improve patient experience, and build the financial infrastructure that allows providers to focus on what matters most — their patients.
In his role at CareLink, Eric oversees revenue cycle operations across multiple clinic locations, supporting practices in everything from billing and collections optimization to patient flow and front-office systems. His philosophy is straightforward: healthcare organizations should deliver exceptional patient care while operating as strong, sustainable businesses. The two are not in conflict — and his work is built around proving it.
Before joining CareLink, Eric was at Huron Consulting Group, where he worked in Performance Improvement focused on revenue cycle management within hospital systems — building a strong foundation in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing practical, measurable solutions to improve both financial and clinical outcomes.
Eric graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a dual degree in Economics and Public Health — a pairing that reflects his belief that understanding human behavior and systems thinking are just as important as the numbers. He is deeply committed to the mission that drives Kynetex: helping providers build practices that serve their communities well, sustain themselves financially, and grow with intention.
I didn't build this group to run another chain of clinics. I built it because I believe we are in the middle of a public health crisis that healthcare, as it is currently delivered, is not equipped to solve.
Chronic inactivity is driving chronic disease. The research is unambiguous, and yet the system most people interact with is not movement-based, not truly wellness-based, and increasingly shaped by corporations whose incentives have very little to do with whether anyone in the community actually gets better. That is the void Kynetex exists to fill.
My background in public health taught me something the clinical world doesn't always emphasize — that real health outcomes are shaped as much by social determinants as by what happens inside the treatment room. Wellness is not a buzzword. It is the discipline of addressing physical health alongside the conditions of someone's life that make movement possible in the first place. Affordable care. Accessible care. Care that meets people where they are and stays with them long enough to matter.
That is what Kynetex is. A movement of like-minded clinicians built around one mission — helping people move well so they can live well. Affordable, accessible, and sustainable for the communities we serve, and built to last for the providers who deliver it.
If that is the kind of work you want your career to be part of, you belong in this network. We are not building a brand. We are building a counterweight — and we need more of the right clinicians at the table.
— Dr. Michael Ingui
Founder, Kynetex Sports Care & Rehabilitation
Kynetex practice partnership gives you access to a comprehensive suite of management, operational, and clinical support services — all delivered by the CareLink MSO team.
Every service below exists for one reason — so you can spend your time doing what you trained to do, delivering care that actually changes lives, instead of buried in operations that pull you away from it. The infrastructure is the means, not the mission.
Full claims lifecycle management — scrubbing, submission, ERA posting, A/R, denial follow-up, patient billing, and collections. Monthly financial reporting and practice analytics included.
Dedicated Operations Manager and Patient Care Coordinator. Call handling, scheduling, fax management, intake, and after-hours coverage — all managed for you.
Turnkey EHR and billing platform powered by ChiroUp. HIPAA-compliant communication systems and a HIPAA-compliant location profile on kynetex.com — free from non-compliant tracking tools.
Weekly content creation, email campaigns, Google Business Profile management, and digital advertising oversight — built around community education and movement-based care, not gimmicks or volume-chasing tactics. Strategy and execution handled, ad spend billed at cost.
When you join Kynetex, you align with a federally registered brand backed by active intellectual property protections. Your clinic operates under a recognized name with a defined mission, a consistent visual identity, and legal protections that independent practice owners simply cannot replicate on their own. You are building equity in something that stands for what you stand for.
HIPAA training, clinical compliance education, and operational onboarding for you and your staff. Comprehensive SOP manual and standardized clinical and administrative forms library.
In-depth reporting on conditions treated, CPT code utilization and appropriateness, patient visit averages, and care trends. Data-driven insight that keeps clinical decisions clinical — so the numbers serve the patient, not the other way around.
A dedicated medical receptionist serves as the central hub for your patient-facing operations — managing inbound communication, appointment follow-up, reactivation outreach, intake processing, and patient statement requests, so your front desk experience is consistent, professional, and always covered.
Access to a community of fellow network providers for peer connection and shared learning. Ongoing clinical education aligned with movement-based care principles, plus regular business training covering practice management, financial literacy, leadership, and operational excellence — because growing as a clinician and growing as a business owner are not separate goals.
Strategic consulting for expansion — market research, feasibility analysis, acquisition advisory. One-on-one executive mentorship using evidence-based leadership frameworks.
Access negotiated network pricing on clinical supplies and equipment through the collective purchasing power of the Kynetex multi-state network — paying group rates instead of what a single practice could ever negotiate independently.
Guidance on office lease negotiation, service contracts, and vendor agreements — with the leverage of the Kynetex network behind you. Practice partners also benefit from preferred malpractice insurance rates and discounted payroll processing through our network relationships, turning group size into real cost savings on some of the most significant expenses a practice carries.
Practice partners in the Kynetex Practice Network see real, measurable improvements in collections, clinician capacity, and overall practice performance. But the spreadsheets only tell part of the story. The providers in this network tell us something else — that they feel less stressed, that they are having fun in practice again, that they finally feel like they are part of a team working toward something bigger than their own four walls. When you have a shared mission, colleagues who genuinely care about your success, and infrastructure that absorbs the weight of running a business, the work itself changes. That is what we are building, and that is what the testimonials below describe better than any metric could.
Kynetex helped successfully launch my practice by providing a step-by-step plan — from location scouting to billing. I would not have known where to start without them.
Kynetex assisted with location scouting, occupancy certification, insurance credentialing, and tax ID and LLC formation. They handled the things I had no idea how to do.
Kynetex increased my practice profitability without me having to work more. That was the goal — and they delivered.
The Kynetex Practice Network is built for a specific kind of provider — one who is deeply committed to patient care and believes their practice should stand for something, but who also understands that margin matters and is ready to do something about it. We are looking for clinicians who want to be part of a team, not just a transaction. Providers who share the mission of helping people move well and live well, who are invested in each other's success, and who are ready to grow their practice without compromising the values that drove them into this profession in the first place.
We will be honest — this network is not a fit for everyone, and that is by design. If your practice values, clinical philosophy, or long-term vision do not align with what we are building, the cultural fit may not be there yet. We say yet deliberately. Many of the strongest providers in this network came in with questions, with skepticism, and with assumptions shaped by how the rest of the industry operates. What changed for them was the conversation — about what care can look like when it is built around outcomes and patient relationships, and what a practice can become when business growth and clinical mission are pursued as the same goal rather than competing priorities. If any of that resonates, even partially, we should talk.
There is no mystery to the process. Most practices are fully active within the network within 30–60 days of executing the agreement.
Reach out to schedule a no-pressure consultation. We will learn about your practice, your goals, and your challenges — and walk you through how the network works in plain language. If we are aligned, we move forward. If we are not, you will get an honest read directly from me — and the door stays open for later.
We conduct a brief operational and financial assessment of your current or planned practice to identify where the MSO can have the most immediate impact.
Once aligned, you execute the MSO Services Agreement. Onboarding begins immediately — systems provisioned, staff trained, billing transitioned, and your Kynetex location profile activated.
Your Operations Manager and Patient Care Coordinator are introduced, your ChiroUp platform is configured, and your practice begins operating with full MSO support behind it.
Regular on-site and virtual operational reviews keep us aligned on performance, goals, and growth. You are never alone — there is always a team behind you, and a mission keeping all of us aligned on what the work is actually for.
This is a partnership, not a transaction — and it is built to last for the long arc of your career.
Everything you want to know before starting a conversation. If you don't see your question here, reach out directly — we are always happy to talk.
About the Network
Most MSOs are built around financial outcomes — driven by private equity, focused on volume, structured to deliver returns to investors. Kynetex was built differently. This network was started by a clinician using personal capital, with no outside investors, because the existing options were not good enough for the kind of practices the founder wanted to be part of. The infrastructure is built to support clinicians who believe movement-based care is part of the solution to the chronic disease crisis, who want to build practices that last, and who are tired of choosing between mission and margin. Operationally, you get the same level of professional infrastructure any sophisticated MSO would provide. Philosophically, you get a network with a clear point of view about what healthcare should look like — and the experience and infrastructure to actually deliver it.
Ownership & Independence
Absolutely not. You remain 100% the legal owner of your business entity. Your practice, your license, your patients — none of that changes. What changes is the infrastructure and support operating behind the scenes. Joining the Kynetex Practice Network is about adding enterprise-level support to your independent practice, not surrendering it.
Yes — and here is something worth knowing. When you join the Kynetex network, you gain access to our federally registered trademark and brand protections regardless of what name you operate under. You can co-brand with Kynetex and keep your existing name, giving you the legal protection of an established brand while maintaining the local identity you have built. We do encourage practices to transition to the Kynetex brand over time — a cohesive network is a stronger network — but we have absolutely no issue with co-branding and will never force the decision. It is yours to make.
No. We do not require a minimum number of patients or a minimum revenue threshold. Whether you are just opening your doors or running an established practice, there is a place for you in this network. What matters to us is alignment with the mission and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care — not where you are starting from.
Yes. Your clinical team stays exactly as is — that is entirely your decision. One thing worth knowing, however, is that most Kynetex practices operate with no administrative staff at all. Because CareLink handles virtually every non-clinical task — phones, billing, scheduling, marketing, compliance, reporting — many of our practice partners find they simply do not need a front-desk team anymore. That is a significant cost reduction that often surprises new partners. If you do keep staff, alignment with Kynetex SOPs and our mission is required — but we are very transparent about this before any engagement begins and make sure everyone is genuinely bought in. We are not difficult. Our guidelines are built from the evidence of the highest-performing healthcare organizations, and we welcome the conversation openly.
The MSO & Services
An MSO — Management Services Organization — is a company that provides administrative, operational, and strategic support to healthcare practices under a formal services agreement. The practice remains independently owned and operated; the MSO handles the business infrastructure that makes it run.
At CareLink, that means we handle essentially everything that is not clinical: inbound calls and texts, billing and collections, insurance claims and denials, revenue cycle management, financial reporting, practice analytics, marketing and content, online presence, compliance monitoring, credentialing support, vendor management, supply ordering, and more. The full scope is outlined in detail before you sign anything — there are no surprises. Your job is to treat patients. Ours is everything else.
When you consider everything included — billing and revenue cycle management, operations support, marketing, technology, compliance, analytics, and access to a team of experienced professionals — the investment is often less than the cost of a single administrative salary. And unlike a single hire, you are getting an entire infrastructure, a proven system, and years of collective expertise behind your practice. Actual cost varies based on the specific scope of services your practice requires — we do not believe in one-size-fits-all pricing — and we are happy to walk through what that looks like for your specific situation.
Onboarding typically takes between 30 and 90 days depending on the complexity of the practice — existing systems, staff transitions, credentialing status, and other factors. Most of our practices are fully operational within the network within 60 days. We move at the pace that is right for your practice, not ours.
Yes — and this is one of the things that makes the Kynetex network unique. You can keep your practice name and co-brand with us, meaning your practice benefits from our content, online presence management, and email marketing while maintaining its local identity. Think of it as the best of both worlds: your name, your community roots — backed by network-level marketing power and a federally protected brand.
Clinical Practice
Definitely not. Clinical autonomy is non-negotiable — your treatment decisions are yours, period. What unites Kynetex providers is not a treatment protocol but a shared mission: comprehensive, movement-based care that restores function and gives patients their lives back. We deliberately align ourselves with the best movement-based clinicians we can find, and every one of them has a different style. We celebrate that. In fact, we actively encourage sharing techniques and ideas across the network — some of the best clinical conversations happen between our practice partners. The mission is the standard. How you deliver on it is entirely up to you.
Yes — and we think you will understand why once you use it. ChiroUp is part of what makes the network work. It is our strategic technology partner and the clinical backbone of our platform, providing evidence-based decision support, patient engagement tools, and EHR functionality purpose-built for musculoskeletal providers. Standardizing on a single, high-quality platform is what allows us to deliver consistent, excellent care across a multi-state network.
Legal & Structure
No — this is not a franchise in the traditional sense, and that distinction matters. In a franchise, you are typically paying for the right to operate under a system with significant restrictions on how you run your business. The Kynetex model is different. You are licensing our brand and intellectual property and paying a management fee for the MSO services CareLink provides. You retain full ownership of your practice and your clinical decision-making. Think of it less like buying a franchise and more like gaining a world-class back-office team, a protected brand, and a strategic partner — without giving up what makes your practice yours.
First, if something is not working, we want to know about it and fix it. Our first priority is always to resolve any issues and make the partnership work — we are invested in your success and do not take that lightly.
If after those conversations a practice still wants to exit, we honor that. There is a 90-day transition period, and we use that time deliberately: we help you get new systems operational, your own brand identity up and running, and your practice fully prepared to operate independently before our services end. We do not disappear the moment you give notice. We transition you properly. That is just how we operate.
Growth & Expansion
Absolutely — and we love when our practice partners are ready to grow. Additional locations are welcome as long as they fall outside the established radius of an existing Kynetex practice in that market. We protect each practice partner's territory, and that protection works in both directions: your existing territory is yours, and any new location you open is protected the same way. Growth is encouraged. We provide the strategic consulting, market research, and feasibility analysis to help you do it right.
Working at a Kynetex Location
Absolutely. If you are a chiropractor or physical therapist looking to join an existing Kynetex practice as an associate or employee, we want to hear from you. Use the contact form on this page, select "Join an Existing Kynetex Location" as your status, and tell us a little about your background and what you are looking for. We will forward your inquiry to the relevant practice owner for their review.
While the Kynetex Network is primarily focused on supporting practice owners and operations, we welcome inquiries from clinicians looking to join an existing practice. We are not a job board, so we cannot guarantee active openings or current availability. All hiring decisions are made solely by the independent practice owner of each location. What we can do is put your information in front of the right people — and let the conversation take it from there.
